CHILDREN CENTER

Rahima Nacional

Rahima is such a sweety and smiling child all the time. It was difficult for her to come to the center, when we went to pick her up she held on tight to her father's arms. Rahima came to the center with her older brother Artur. There mother died in 2019, and since her death they were staying alone at home most of the time because the father needed to leave in the morning to look for work and returned late in the evening. Her father is a friendly and responsible man, but was forced to leave the children alone so many times. Both of the children have Aids and are taking medication. Rahima doesn’t hear very well, so she has difficulties understanding things and speaking. After lock- down she will go to preschool.
