"Colacio is one of the oldest boys in the center, he's 23 years old. He lives in a house next to the center that we recently purchased. Colacio has been very sick since he was a child and we think this is the reason he has learning disabilities. He can read a little bit, but that’s it. He is very kind and we are seeking employment for him, although it has not been an easy task in Mozambique. He could start his own hair salon and make a living from that. Colacio’s father works with us as our nightguard. Colacio loves the Lord and serves in the worship team at church."

Hello everyone, I'm known as Justino! I'm so glad you are interested in knowing more about me.
"Justino is a responsible and helpful boy. His mother passed away last year which was difficult for him. He has an older sister Laura, and a younger brother Inoque. All three of them have lived with us. Justino loves the Lord and knows the Bible. He's 19 years old, has good grades in school, and has a couple more years until he completes high school. We hope that he can go to a university."

Hello everyone, I'm known as Rosita! I'm so glad you are interested in knowing more about me.
"Rosita is a very responsible girl that does well in school. She is 20 years old, she lives with us at the center, she's in the 10th grade and has two more years left to go. She is beautiful but sometimes she struggles with self-esteem because of her weight. When we found her, she was in the hospital because of malnutrition, but that's hard to believe now 😊. Her grandmother and uncle live close to the border of Swaziland."

Mulando Adelino
Hello everyone, I'm known as Mulando! I'm so glad you are interested in knowing more about me.
"Mulando is 18 years old, he has been with us since he was a small boy in preschool. He is serious, responsible, quiet, and always willing to help. His brother and younger sister lives here as well. Their mother lived in Swaziland but died a few years ago. It is a joy to have Mulando with us. He is in 12th grade and we hope that he can go to a university. Mulando loves drawing and wants to be an architect. He also loves church and is in the worship team."

Hello everyone, I'm known as Armando! I'm so glad you are interested in knowing more about me.
"Armando is definitely the tallest boy in the center. He is close to 2 meters tall. Armando came with his small brother when he was 8 years old and he's 21 years old now. They came from a very traumatic situation, but we trust the Lord for a marvelous future. Armando is in the 11th grade and takes school very seriously. He has one more year until he completes high school. He already helps us with accounting and wants to soon get his driver's license. We hope that he will be able to study at a university. He is active in church with the worship group and plays the drums."

"Augusto is a sweet boy with a strong body; he is very athletic. In school, however, he has many problems. He is 20 years old but is still in the 5th grade of primary school. Augusto will be good at any job where he can physically work with his hands since he is so strong and willing to work. He resently returned to live with his family members, however, due to his educational needs we still help him with school and with food. Augusto loves the Lord."

"Amelia is a beautiful young lady, she's 24 years old. She is such an example for the younger girls in establishing good relationships. Her boyfriend is in the church leadership, and she is in the worship team. Amelia’s mother died when she was young and her father used to mistreat her and her sisters. This year Amelia started her studies in the field of nursing."

Olivio Zidan
Hello everyone, I'm known as Zidan! I'm so glad you are interested in knowing more about me.
"Zidan (that’s what we call him) is a beautiful boy. He was born with cerebral palsy and that’s why he has a little problem with his walk. Zidan goes to a school for children with special needs, and he loves school. Zidan is 20 years old and has just recently gone to go live with a relative, however, due to his educational needs we continue to help him with his studies and with food. "

Hello everyone, I'm known as Faquir! I'm so glad you are interested in knowing more about me.
"In 2011, Faquir used to live with his grandfather and he would go to the hospital on his own for his consultations, so the hospital asked us to take him in. Faquir has a good sense of humor, he's a happy young man with many friends. After living at the center for many years he just recently went to live with his relatives. However, he's in the 10th grade and has two more years to go until he finishes so we continue to support him in his education and with food. We hope that he will be able to attend a university or get professional training certification."
