"Zefanias and his twin brother Junior have been with us for many years. The twins used to live with the sister of their great-grandmother, a strong Christian older woman who comes to visit them every now and then. Zefanias goes to a school for children with special needs. He does very well in his studies there and achieves above expectations. He passed the 3rd-grade exam and is now in the 4th grade."
